$60k held for 6 months
Unfortunately, after 6 months of either not responding or going round in circles, it's time to report my experience. CoinPayments have withheld over $60,000 for 6 months now, despite a fully verified account and more than half my limits remaining, and have now stopped responding to all communication. Please avoid using this website, as they only respond to bring you onboard, then when they see an opportunity, they take your funds without notice.

Double and over charge on refund. Deceive me in sending gas fee and yet still deducted from USDT. You claim it was not a refund but you asked me to deposit additional 60TRX to get back my USDTCL, then when still deduct from my USDT? It is fraud. You deceived me and deducted my USDT yet still got 60TRX meant for gas and other charges. Fraud is fraud. You lack transparency
