Received an email circular about BNB…
Received an email circular about BNB Beacon Chain discontinuing in November from themselves, so decided to remove some crypto in my wallet there by converting it or transferring it out. Either way, needed BNB crypto to pay the gas fees. ok shouldn't have been a problem, both myself and some friends have BNB on BNB mainnet to transfer over so can pay the gas fees.. small amount only needed, AS DONE BEFORE on other wallets with no problem. This is a fraudulent company. I transferred 49usdt to the wrong network and contacted support to recover the money. I was surprised that the recovery price is 50usdt. This is called fraud.

I sent usdt instead of trx and got refund
I sent usdt instead of trx, they gave me my money back in 2 days, i would of given them 5 stars but they took 8% of they money and asked me to send them trx for gas fees as well, well if you take 8% you might as cover the gas fees at least
