Got scam out of $80 in a conversion…

Got scam out of $80 in a conversion transfer. Then said I enter the btc address. I Never do this and have done multiple conversions.

I WANT MY MONEY, I DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED FOR

I created an account at Coinpayments, sent all the documentation, was approved and given a limit of $100,000, when I received my first deposit: 1 BTC = $88,500, they simply blocked my account, saying that I had no limit to transact, I sent documents and bank statements, and they still didn't unblock my account, I've been emailing for 3 days, and today they took away access to my account, when I try to log in it says that the account doesn't exist! I WANT MY MONEY, I DID EVERYTHING YOU ASKED ...

There was a poor communication and expectation that the customer knows the process. eg: when I was asked to send gas fees, I asked which network, and I was told ETH. No additions. When you are about to pay ETH, there are options to choose network and ETH is not written as part. Later when the gas was incorrectly sent, boom..'''please know'' that sincefunds were paid to this network, gas should be in the same network. like really. I sent return addrress more than 3 times and it was still ...

What a horrible platform to use for…

What a horrible platform to use for your crypto currency they have now made it that even if you have just under £50's worth of crypto in your account you do not have the ability to withdraw it , you cannot even send any smaller amounts to lets say an opportunity you wish to join for a smaller amount of bitcoin , i have 0.00079200 BTC in my wallet which is around £42 , but you actually need to have 0.00080000 to be able to do a transaction and yet it charges you 0.00040000 in transaction ...
