Probably one of the better crypto gateways we've used.
So far, so good! Used CoinPayments since Jan 2024 and did about 2500 transactions so far. The good: 1. Crazy fast support 2. Super-friendly support/management 3. Low fees 4. Lots of merchant tools The bad: 1. Outdated UI. The company/user profile pages are weak, especially with the male/female portraits that you can't change/remove. 2. There is no complete transaction data in email notifications. We've suggested this two times to the company, but they're not willing to make the changes. ...
