They took my money
I purchased a gift card, was delivered one, i received and got a notification to contact support in order to activate since it said i was using vpn or proxy (i was not). I contacted them and they asked me all kinds of order identifications, most of them nowhere to be found . Finally sent them everything the wanted and they cancelled my gift card and said the fund will are returned to your account ( THEY ARE NOT ). Sometimes I wonder if some of this positive reviews are real, before putting money I would login and out with no issues but after putting in 34.45 USDT, they won’t let me login on their website, secondly, the app won’t let me send just $10 or even $5 out of the $34.45 that I have as my balance m, it keep saying I don’t have enough money to cover gas fee?
