Extremely Slow and Inattentive Customer Support
My returning transfer isn't showing on my balance in order for me to withdraw it back to my bank account and the customer support is extremely slow and inattentive. They respond after days and every representative tells me different things. It's an overall confusion and they don't seem to be sorting anything out yet. It's been over 2 weeks now. Faulty systems to receive Crypto avoid
All fine sending money into CoinJar and Crypto out but as soon as you try and send Crypto back in they will hold it indefinitely. They claim they are following travel rule data. You then have to go through a laborious process via customer support to send the money back. It’s strange as I was sending the Bitcoin from my Etoro wallet which is approved by the FCA in the UK (and does not have any problems receiving Bitcoin like CoinJar) so either Etoro is not following regulations or there is ...

Not quite a scam but not quite not a scam
Coinjar won't let me remove the currency I bought there for unspecified security reasons. So in effect they've just taken my money, I have no ownership or control over the currency I have 'bought'.
