Not trustworthy

The first time I’ve sold Bitcoin they sent me the money ok. Second time I sold my bitcoins, when I tried to withdraw it did t went through. They did nothing to help from their end, after few days of waiting after open support request they sent me a half cut picture of something claim the money transfer failed. The team were able to save my crypto on my coin jar account. Hackers accessed my phone via Samsung smart thing’s locked me out of my phone then changed my phone number and details to their details then proceeded to withdraw out of my bank accounts and tried to take my crypto as well. Was lucky that I realised and kept messaging. Lucas was switched on and used Video ID to save my account as the hacker probably male does not look like me or my Id that he stole. Simple to use app. A couple of improvements needed

Coinjar has always worked well for me. It is simple to use and I would recommend it. However, I have just two recommendation: provide a vertical axis on the charts (much like Yahoo Finance) and log users out after inaction. I didn't use the app for six months, opened it and I was still logged in! Since then I've tried to remember to log out but don't always succeed.
