The support team at CoinJar are fast to respond and super helpful. Is great knowing they are there for just in case. Their patience and great explanations greatly appreciated.

They Do support

The questions I had were answered in a way that I could understand. I was given encouraging feedback. The steps were clear I did not feel incompotant .

Awesome customer support

Had a transfer not go through to the wallet I sent it to. Got in contact with support and they were very helpful, understanding, and informative, just like customer support should be. Coins were recovered about 2 weeks after initial contact (have patience, it's not a quick and easy thing to do). Keep in mind there's was no guarantee they could recover my coins and even if they were unable to I'd still give them 5 stars.

Incredibly super fast service

I thought that the verification of my account was not completed and I didn't know what else to do, so I sent an email to support asking for help, in response they said that my account was fully verified and that I could now do the work I intended, So I don't know what support did, I just know that I'm very satisfied.

Coinjar Australia Not good

Coinjar Australia is OK if you keep your investments with them, but if you wish to transfer them to a cold wallet EVERY transaction is reviewed and you have to tell them where it is going what are you doing with it. It is like being in North Korea or China and then you are not guaranteed they will transfer it . It is ridiculous

I recently opened an account with Coinjar uk. On March 21 I sent them a support request with a simple enquiry as to how to fund the account. I have not had a response. Undaunted, I thought I would try a nominal transfer, so I transferred a small amount of imx from another exchange. On March 23 I received an email acknowledging receipt, and stating ‘the full amount will be credited to your imx as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the network’. It was not credited.
