Holding on to funds etc
Holding on to funds, not replying to emails, being asked to fill out documents that are never sent, all this seems to be a common theme with Coinjar. I just want my money back now and I'll move my business elsewhere but they won't cooperate at any level. Coinjar if you read these reviews just cancel any transaction that I have requested, refund the money to my Coinjar account so that I can send it back to my bank account. Top notch support
Had an issue migrating to a new phone, which was my fault and kind of showed that there security is good. Contacted their support team and they responded quickly and had the issue resolved with a two email exchange. So: security seems good; support is too notch

A good set up spoiled by poor customer support
I opened a coinjar account last week. All went well with the sign up an ID etc and purchase of some bitcoin. On Monday, I tried to send bitcoin payments to other wallets. The transfers were refused and I was told to contact support. Sent email and 2 follow ups but no reply. It seems UK residents cannot send crypto payments without full details of the recipient which defeats the object of the exercise. Coinjar is repeatedly holding funds…
Coinjar is repeatedly holding funds after purchasing Crypto and wanting to have questions answered before releasing the purchase . Questions should be asked prior to purchase so they can not hold your money to ransom. I would stay far away from Coinjar. They want to know to much of your business for my liking.
