The CoinJar platform is pretty easy to use. I do miss the availability of support via a conversation, but that seems to be a eay of the world. The online email support is satisfactory.

I requested support to use the platform with a different browser. The support agent responded to my request in a timely manner and provided helpful and courteous advice that was pertinent to my request. The link to the knowledgebase was especially useful. It left me with a feeling of being welcome on the platform.

Coin jar is the type of exchange I want to do business with and unfortunately they aren’t currently supporting the new Enjin Relaychain coin, which is now the native coin of Enjin.
