Horrible experience, I did a coinbase wallet crypto swap and they took 95% of my crypto in the swap, unbelievable, I contacted customer services to say there must have been some mistake and they tried to blame another exchange and that I should contact that other exchange, completely washed their hands of the situation with no empathy, I lost my life saving in this transaction, it must be illegal for them to take a 95% fee for a swap!...especially with no warning of such high fees.
