LOVE CogitoForms! Small business owner here, found this company, and literally was able to do EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Intake forms? Document signing? Contracts? Order forms? ALL INCLUDED! What do you like best about Cognito Forms? It can be used for a huge range of use cases due to the amount of configuration options. It also manages to present these in a very intuitive way.
