What do you like best about Cognitive View? It is the best tool to improve customer experiences and team performance. With an intuitive interface, it has each and everything needed to track call records and chat conversations. The inbuilt logic provides insights into our customer agent’s performance, customer experience, and detailed risk analytics - which would have taken a humongous amount of time and manual effort.
