What do you like best about Codility? The versatility of the tasks, the large number of platforms, the usability from the admin side and the great user experience from the candidate side.

The IDE is really bad.

The IDE that the service provides is terrible. It's very poor and uncomfortable. The employers should try it themself before sending the tests via the platform. The critical points that I noticed: - Preview updating works badly. It updates for every code change. There isn't clear the status of the preview that you see in a moment. Sometimes the build UI just disappears. The reloading time of the preview can be feeling uncomfortable for real-time testing; - Code hinting is too poor; - ...

What do you like best about Codility? It is very intuitive and easy to use: both for the one who is setting the task up and also for the candidates. Wide variety of tasks for selection. Same criteria for all candidate review: standartized and unbiased way to review technical skills. What do you like best about Codility? I like that it has questions per topic such as java, C# etc and you could also create your own. I really like the question randomizer and it could adjust the weight for each question.
