What do you like best about CoderPad? One of the big draws for CoderPad (when compared to other tools) was the real SQL databases you can connect to questions. This was critical in testing candidates full stack abilities. It also allowed us to really give them questions that represented an actual system and just not have them practice algorithms in front of us.

What do you like best about CoderPad? Coderpad provides a fantastic shared coding experience for interviewers and candidates. It supports a wide array of languages - more than most of its competitors - and has decent code completion across the board. It is also much simpler to use than many of the alternatives - it broadly 'just works', which is a blessing.

What do you like best about CoderPad? I like how light-weight it is. One click, and I have a pad I can share out to interview candidates! Easy to manage for your org by a simple 'add users' section. Supports any language I ever needed to test in, and it even provides a multi-file experience now for things such as react front-end testing!

What do you like best about CoderPad? We like to be able to collaborate, watch, and hear the candidate work through the coding challenges. It helps us all understand the mindset for each problem. After we got setup, it was easy to use and start-up right before an interview!
