What do you like best? I was really helped by this platform. I can easily track the progress of current project. Starting from the early stage until the final stage of development. The customer support is just sad. As I write this review, Mark (the only customer support agent) has not replied to my messages for three whole days, despite there being huge issues and gotchas in the interface.
