CoConstruct for Accountants

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I am working as an accountant for a construction firm and I think the best thing about using this solution is the ability to organize things and stay updated on everything related to the finances. Not only project managers are able to monitor the progress of the project. Even accountants can also see the improvements In the project. What aspects are problematic or could work better? CoConstruct is an amazing and really helpful management tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Unlike widely-known programs like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks, CoConstruct does not offer lots of tools or reports. Although it seems like a drawback, it can also be an advantage because you won’t have a hard time choosing from an overwhelming option. The platform only offers essential tools for managing projects. On top of that, it is user-friendly and fast. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The report options ...

A tool to keep things organized

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are working with more than fifty different subcontractors and this solution has made it easier to keep track of them. It has also helped us make everything run seamlessly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The application won't open when we are on WiFi. I don't know if the problem is with our connection or that's just how the app works. Because the app requires stable internet connection, which is usually not ...

Good for Small Business Use

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? To start with, this solution has helped in improving the communication within and outside our organization. It has also helped the company remain transparent by letting agents access the tasks related to the project. It also gives us mobility by offering a mobile version of the application. The app works on iOS and Android devices so our team can access and use the tool even when they are on the job site. Lastly, I like the ability ...

A great construction management.

What do you like best? Making the estimate in CoConstruct and having that tie into the specs and determinations segment keeps all the data in a single place, in an exceptionally sorted out way. The clients can see precisely what we intend to fabricate and the materials we will utilize, diminishing the opportunity of a minute ago amazements for both us and the client. We can without much of a stretch show client approaches to spare and give them choices for redesigns. The scheduling being ...

Awesome organizational tool

What do you like best? With over 50 different subcontractors that we work with, CoConstruct makes it so easy to keep everyone on track and the process running smoothly. What do you dislike? For some reason, when using the app, it won’t work whenever you’re on WiFi. It makes it inconvenient for our project managers to upload tasks on the job site. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you’re looking for a way to do what you do best, build, and don’t want the headaches of ...

Clunky web tool

What do you like best? Having the ability to bring all project elements into one place: so estimating, build plans, communicating with sub-contractors and capturing all relevant documentation. Mobile app is very helpful in making sure everything is feed back into the system while on site. What do you dislike? The estimating tool is very clunky. It doesn't allow you to load all the various estimates received from subs into the system and choose which options to select and automatically ...

New Company Use

What do you like best? My favorite feature has been the ability to communicate with our entire team from start to finish on projects. What do you dislike? We have yet to find anything we do not like. Working out kinks on our end as far as organizing projects but nothing wrong with the app. Recommendations to others considering the product: This has been a great app for tracking hours, assigning projects, creating shopping lists and estimates. What problems are you solving with the ...
