Good Teamwork Tool

What do you like best? CocoFax allows me to send a group fax. It's a good teamwork tool and a good tool to do business with your partners. What do you dislike? I have not yet met any technical issue with CocoFax. It is stable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending faxes in PDF documents is reliable. Their encrypted rules make me feel safe with the system. All files are cloud-stored in this system.

Saved my time

What do you like best? The system is very response-effective and delay-free. What do you dislike? For so far, I cannot name any dislikes. It just saves my time in sending and receiving faxes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faxing business documents. I can track my documents on the archive.

Convenient to send a fax

I can send the fax at any time I want. What's more, it can accept a lot of faxes at the same time and there is no limit for the fax size. All the faxes files can be saved electronically.

It is useful and helpful

What do you like best? It is easy for me to operate without the access a fax device.It works together with my smartphone to use the features of it. What do you like best? Cocofax brings the electric fax to the 21st Century!!! Sending and receiving the fax electronically saves a lot of time. There is no need for a fax machine. What's more, customer support responded very fast when I confused with some features. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It has many features for Faxing - to and from the desktop, browser, email, application, etc. And what impressed me most is that it has a clear representation of all the numbers and who the email will be going to. This software allows me to manage the outbound document transmission easily. So I can manage the faxes from different clients. And now I can also send PDF as well as Word format. What do you like best? The service is super convenient which saves time and I do not have to go find a printer to fax machine in order to send a single fax.
