What do you like best? Quickness and efficiency. No delay, time-saving. It will cost multiple times if you use a fax machine. What do you dislike? They have updated the system a lot recently. The system is becoming better and more smooth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The system is paperless and digital. I like the simplicity of faxing with CocoFax to my vendors and suppliers.

This is a very handy tool for fax purpose.. It helps a lot in sending few number of pages and co-operate with my students as i m a college professor. it is very frequently required to send and receive documents... nice, fast and very helpful..

What do you like best? It was so nice that I can have a free trial first to know every feature. It helps maintain space in my office because we don’t have to leave a huge fax machine here. Everything is cloud-based and I also can set a schedule to send the fax. It's really convenient to check both on the laptop as well as the application so that I can transfer the document faster. What do you dislike? I haven't had any issues with it. although there was a delay in the fax sometimes, ...

What do you like best? No machines, no papers, no that higher costs. Money saver. What do you dislike? I was hoping if they can tell me exactly what is the cause of failure in detail... But there rarely is any failure. Recommendations to others considering the product: The yearly plan is comparatively cheap. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was using it in our office to exchange refills and copies with our vendors.

What do you like best? The best thing I like is the multi-platform supported by Cocofax. You know what, especially when you at work, you need to receive and send the files by many different software or programs.
