This is a great tool

What do you like best? I do RFIs, Submittals, Contract Administration, Cost Reports, Change Orders etc. This helps organize the construction management process. What do you dislike? The loading time between pages needs to improve! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This is a great product!

What do you like best? I love sending RFIs to the architect through cmic because it helps track questions, responses, and documents pertaining to that document. I also use this to send cost to the owner as well as submittals to the architect. What do you dislike? For some reason, the last few months documents are not being uploaded into the system. It can be a little laggy, not update very well and sometimes have problems uploading attachments even when they're small. No support, constant glitches.

What do you like best? It has the potential to be great. It is an organized program with many different reports.Allows you to maintain a customer database, keep a calendar, upload files all in one place. What do you dislike? There are always glitches.
