Great Tool!

What do you like best? I like that it meets all the needs of my organization What do you dislike? We are a business organization, the software is obviously built around an individual person being the member... What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? This allows us to bring all the different aspects of managing the organization into one software suite.

Swim Club loving this platform

What do you like best? It's been most helpful to us that all of our information is in one place - membership, finances, events, calendars. What do you dislike? As a facility that utilizes guest passes frequently, which I would imagine most clubs do, it's disappointing that Club Express does not have a tracking feature to purchase and use guest passes. That's been a HUGE barrier to our transition. Recommendations to others considering the product: Complete the trial run, it's very ...

Great for memberships. Poor building experience

What do you like best? They have a team that helps provide direction during setup. What do you dislike? Their builder is not only dated but disorganized making page layout and page design incredibly difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My client moved to them from WordPress in an effort to streamline and simplify their organizations membership program. They have loved the membership aspect thus far.

Pretty user friendly for the most part

What do you like best? Normal operations like adding members and volunteers and scheduling are very easy. What do you dislike? Some things like sending out mass communications are a bit cumbersome. Also no report writing capability. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes the administration of our organization easy.

Comprehensive, straight forward to use.

What do you like best? Ability to configure the application to our needs. What do you dislike? Lack of an API to access data for functions not available in CE. We have to develop these ourselves. Recommendations to others considering the product: Inventory management does not yet exist. Our club needs this capability (which includes reserving, maintenance and repair management) so we have a custom app for this. We also cannot yet do online check out/in of our inventory so have a ...

Great Product for any club.

What do you like best? I like very much the versatility of gathering data about and for the members. What do you dislike? I would like more access to the raw data without having to export. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing the best experience possible to our members.

Low Cost and Fully Featured

What do you like best? I like that there are numerous features available to small clubs at a reasonable price. This includes everything from email communication to billing and member management. What do you dislike? The biggest issue I have always had is the limitation of one email address per role. it is a surprisingly odd limitation, since we should be able to add multiple recipients for membership, secretary, etc. Also, it would be nice if the membership expiration and payments were ...

Modernizing an old club

What do you like best? The website applications are very easy to use and allowed us to make a 60 year old club look like it has always lived in the 21st century. The document storage and sharing capabilities allowed us to completely change the way we operate, for the better. What do you dislike? No major downsides yet. We've only been using it for a few months. The biggest challenge is the event calendar. It is a little cumbersome in the way information about events is shared to the ...

Helpful for our social club, but not super user friendly.

What do you like best? It's useful to have everything in one place like surveys, reports, emailing members. What do you dislike? Many of the areas are not super user friendly and are confusing to set up. We have lost member engagement on forums because of some of the ways people can subscribe to them. Setting up events and using modules within the page can be very clunky, even for tech savvy people. Recommendations to others considering the product: Looking at all the options that ...

Game of Go enthusiasts manage events, memberships and more

What do you like best? Tons of functionality for our organization, everything clearly documented, and great unlimited tech support. We have integrated our event and class registrations to accept credit card payments, installed a membership system with multiple member types, added a store for t-shirts and other items, integrated donations, and built a customized website with no coding other than tweaking a little HTML. The pricing model was very appealing, charging only for actual members ...
