Club website management for mere mortals
What do you like best? Like many other clubs we didn't have a techie willing to manage our website. ClubExpress allows a member with basic understanding of web technology to create and maintain a website with no coding required. CE has many advanced features we haven't fully exploited yet - store, boards, etc. CE Support is very responsive and tolerant of idiots. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This system makes membership management and accounting much better than conventional spreadsheets and documents. A very well done club management software set. What do you like best? The customer service. They've been so helpful in all phases of the relationship, from first inquiry, understanding the product and purchase options, to setting up our website and migrating data from the old one, and now to launching the new website. BUT, BEST OF ALL is that they provide assistance to all users. That will reduce the burden of our tiny, all-volunteer administrative team (4 people) having to provide answers to up to 250 users. Good Overall Solution for Groups Needing a Website
What do you like best? The well thought out and effective canned pages that also have the ability to be modified relatively easily to a specific club's needs. What do you dislike? Changes that are made the make it more difficult or time consuming to add emails or edit pages. What do you like best? The package seems to cover most situations that were likely to arise. We haven't yet gotten very far in implementation What do you dislike? What do you like best? All the various features allow it to be a one stop shop for our nonprofit What do you dislike? It's not user friendly and it's buggy. There's so much you can do with it, it's overwhelming and difficult to navigate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to keep a membership database, inform members about events, and emails.
