A great and robust website platform with all the back-end administration needed for a club.

What do you like best? Having never done any html or website building, but some previous basic coding experience (15 years ago), the website building end is very simple and easy to use. Not only is it easy to make pages, but it's easy to make they consistent, professional looking, and interactive: very easy to add pictures, video, documents, etc. The front end is easy to use and look good. Positive communication and support from a great staff!

What do you like best? I like the one-in-all features. You've got a membership database that links to events and also links to a non member database and let's get excited about the financial connection with QuickBooks. It makes my job as a single staff for a medium sized association much more efficient and productive! What do you dislike? Rotary Club Express

What do you like best? Easy to make club payments for dues, outings, holiday meals and functions. What do you dislike? Difficult to create a new activity that is different in the calendar system for a function that may be out of the ordinary such as a fundraiser instead of a dinner party. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Again, it makes it easy to make payments via credit card rather than a check.

Good for clubs, but has a couple of issues

What do you like best? Love the ability for club members to pay dues online, sign up for events online, and place their own classifieds. What do you dislike? No automated waitlist for events. This is my biggest gripe. We should be able to have a waitlist for events and have those on the waitlist (in order) be placed automatically into the attending section as members delete their registrations. What do you like best? I am able to easily send emails to customers, design weekly communication tools, invoice and credit using a few steps. I also find the document management process to be easy. What do you like best? Club organization, pay for events, reminders for membership payments What do you dislike? The way the site looks, cumbersome to make changes, lack of apps. Excellent Platform for Community and Membership Administration

What do you like best? The staff and support team at ClubExpress are wonderful to work with very responsive. We had them totally recreate our website using their various modules and it came out beautifully. The platform is well designed and not too difficult to learn. I think we made the right choice!
