"Excellent intel about the insights to ourselves and our co-workers."

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? It's very easy to navigate and get on the platform. I can typically get the graphical information and comparisons with other teammates very quickly. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? It's still unclear when and how the premium assessments are charged. The drop-down menus are really confusing, i.e. pre-approved, available, etc. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? One source visual dashboard of a team. Getting the ...

"Incredible tool to grow as a manager."

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Leading a new team can be challenging for anyone, but Cloverleaf provides an incredible advantage to the learning curve of leadership. Every good leader wants to show well, and this tool is excellent for any leader's toolbelt. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? I don't see any downsides to this tool as a leader who wants to lead well. Learning people can be challenging at best, and Cloverleaf helps make me a more intentional leader for my ...

"A sherpa for team and individual success"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? A vast array of personal and team insights which can be both reviewed individually or through a team exercise. These have proven to be relevant in many situations facing the team and its members, providing Sage advice. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? A side effect of all of the collected material is there is much, and without a trained guide, we can lose the laser precision of the feedback and guidance. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and ...

"Cloverleaf assessment"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Team role is my favorite feature. It allows me to look at the team at a glance and identify the gaps and opportunites for growth. Competitors assessment is tasking. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? Looking at an entire team's assessment at a glance without clicking on the individual name. A summary of the entire team on a dashboard. I will like the improvement to be on the dashboard What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Helpful Insights for Team Building"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Cloverleaf gives helpful insights into how teammates work best and prefer information. It's almost like having a cheat sheet to help our business to run more smoothly. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? I'm not sure if we've exhausted insights for the team currently involved or if Cloverleaf settings have changed, but I no longer receive updates on each teammate like I used to. Even if some are repeats, I wouldn't mind refreshers! What problems is ...

"A new way to see yourself and peers"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? I guess the best thing for me has been the daily helpful hints about myself as well as my team. A little more insight into how people communicate and their workstyle. I find that very helpful when responding to those team members via email or zoom. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? I feel that the one day session just was the tip of the iceberg - much more to learn. My manager said having done it three times was very helpful. So I'd be up for that ...
