What do you like best about Cloverleaf? The coaching tips and insights into how my teammates work in certain situations are really helpful. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? There's not anything I don't love about Cloverleaf, honestly. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? I feel the problem is that teammates sometimes face communication issues, and Cloverleaf gives a proactive, neutral voice to lean on for teams to understand each other better.

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? The daily emails for self coaching and team insights is my favorite part of Cloverleaf. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? A daily email can get to be the norm and you stop reading them. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping me understand my team and how they see the world has been invaluable in how I make decisions, and who I get involved in projects.

This has been invaluable in coaching my staff to understand more about the people they work with and how to find the best way to communicate and collaborate. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? I can not think of anything that is a downside. It's really a great tool that I use nearly every day. The only suggestion I would make is that the DISC test can be the full version if possible.
