"Unite your team"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Cloverleaf is designed to uncover insights about your team that you might not know yourself. It's great for getting a starting point, especially as you join a new team. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? Some of the daily coaching is very generic and not that helpful. I find looking at other's test results far more useful. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? Cloverleaf helps users avoid conflict and play to each ...

"Awareness is good"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? I like how I am able to see how my personality works with my coworker's personalities. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? There is no option to say that I don't know a coworker because they are in a different location. What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing our team to see how we engage with each other and our tasks.

"Very insightful and profound! Easy to use."

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? I like how Cloverleaf gives you options to reflect on the insights, and connects your own insights to that of your team. I have learned so much about how I work and think, as well as how my teammates prefer to work, helping me understand them better and on a deeper level, something I am not as natural at doing by myself. I really like how I get daily reminders and reflections. The integration with my email is super helpful. The platform is easy to use ...

"New to the team? This helps!"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? I enjoy gaining insight into the people I will be interacting with in meetings. As a new person in the company, it has taken the guessing game out of planning and navigating interactions, making you more efficient. Also, you can see how your team is weighted to see if there are any areas you aren't covering to help you all work together. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? I hit a wall on one of the assessments because I could not answer quite a few ...

"Incorporated into my daily workflow"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Cloverleaf gives you insight into what makes your team tick. It takes a large variety of personality assessments and aggregates, giving you insights in your inbox daily for anyone that you will meet with that day. It categorizes into different aspects and is immensely useful in moving through a storming phase on new teams and also in preparation for sharing corrective feedback with someone to better understand how to best reach them. What do you ...

"Working with and loving your colleagues better!"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? As someone who manages a larger team, using CloverLeaf to see the landscape and team dynamics is extremely valuable. I can see our strengths and weaknesses from a high level. And from an individual standpoint, the coaching tips give me the advantage and language to have better 1:1's with my team. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? There's not much I dislike. I guess more of a suggestion, it would be interesting in the future if you were able to ...

"My Teamwork and Daily Habits have improved!!!"

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? Using Cloverleaf gives me insight into myself and how I can be a better team player, manage my energy and take action with confidence. It also validated some things I wanted to know about myself such as the best time for me to do my most challenging work. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? It took about an hour for me to do all the assessments, but I loved how they were organized so you could pace yourself and not do them all at once. I kept ...
