The test results are accurate, this modern approach to coaching is absolutely necessary in today's workforce and can be applied in all areas of life. What do you like best about Cloverleaf? I love that Cloverleaf gives you the ability to get to know other team members without going the long way around. Learning what motivates them, how they respond to conflict and what their strengths are allow you to be aware of how you should interact with them in a way that works for both parties. What do you like best about Cloverleaf? It really helps me, especially being new to a leadership role. It helps me be able to understand my coworkers and navigate ways to teach or speak to them in any upcoming meeting. I struggle with delivery but cloverleaf helps guide me in understanding my teams! What do you like best about Cloverleaf? It is very specific and practical. As somebody who works mostly virtually, it is difficult to get to know my new co-workers, and Cloverleaf has helped me be more aware of how I am and could be better at communicating with them. What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? As a newly onboarded employee, I'm not getting a barrage of emails, but if I did, I can imagine that it might feel like Cloverleaf is clogging up my inbox with the email frequency. What ...

What do you like best about Cloverleaf? The best thing about Cloverleaf is that you receive daily insight for yourself and for one of your coworkers. The insights are SPOT ON! What do you dislike about Cloverleaf? The only thing is that not everybody utilizes this service! What problems is Cloverleaf solving and how is that benefiting you? Cloverleaf helps with some of the coworker interactions - especially the ones whom you do not interact with on a daily basis.
