Wow it’s amazing!
CloudTalk is THE BEST cloud call center out there! It gives you everything you can get for the right pricing, and no minimum agents limitation, like other platforms do. The customer care is always ready to help with the live chat or the support email and they give you always great advices! I also have set the integration with third party services like Make and webhooks to any service that supports them. My thought is: wow!

They set you up for failure. No onboarding and no support, their phone system doesn't seem to work very well - avoid!

Really happy with the service provided
Really happy with the service provided, as a new system, everyone in the office was very worried but cloudtalk and the integration with our CRM. But their customer support is fantastic. Helped us every step of the way. Cloudtalk is performing really well and there has been no issues to report in the first few months of using the service. Thank you guys!

What do you like best about CloudTalk? The most helpful aspect that I find on CloudTalk is the fact that it records all incoming and outgoing calls. With the integration with Hubspot, you also receive notifications of missed calls as well as voicemails, this is extremely helpful as it helps one to keep on top of all calls and ensure that no missed call is completely missed.

What do you like best about CloudTalk? It is really easy to use, it has many features that you can use to distribute the work between your co-workers and you, focusing on Customer support. I used it daily. It could be implemented easily with other tools.
