Cloudtalk has helped me so much.

Cloudtalk has helped me so much. Being able to call international numbers without having to worry about OS charges has changed the game when I have a job contacting people all around the world. The calling quality is great.

Cloudtalk's intuitiveness is insurmountable.

CloudTalk is hands-down the most intuitive virtual phone software I have come across. We use it on a day-to-day basis for B2C needs without fail. It is extremely easy and straightforward to set up, use, and maintain. Within the past couple of months (during which we have used it for both inbound and outbound calls), I have not noticed any issues with the software. Recommended! Daily use at work

I use the programme every day because I work with it. It is reliable, the call quality is good and it is very easy to use. I personally use it as a Plugin for Pipedrive (CRM Software), recommended!

THE BEST

Found the system really user-friendly and easy to work with. Definitely the company to use. If you do have any questions their customer care center always gives quick and easy advice and help.

Wow it’s amazing!

CloudTalk is THE BEST cloud call center out there! It gives you everything you can get for the right pricing, and no minimum agents limitation, like other platforms do. The customer care is always ready to help with the live chat or the support email and they give you always great advices! I also have set the integration with third party services like Make and webhooks to any service that supports them. My thought is: wow!

Really happy with the service provided

Really happy with the service provided, as a new system, everyone in the office was very worried but cloudtalk and the integration with our CRM. But their customer support is fantastic. Helped us every step of the way. Cloudtalk is performing really well and there has been no issues to report in the first few months of using the service. Thank you guys!

"Easy to work with"

What do you like best about CloudTalk? It is really easy to use, it has many features that you can use to distribute the work between your co-workers and you, focusing on Customer support. I used it daily. It could be implemented easily with other tools.
