What do you like best about CloudTalk? The system has a strong foudnation of functionality. It has what the team needs to make calls and for admin to appropriately access effort and quality. We spent a much time reviewing all the options in the market before settling on CloudTalk and a large reason for the choice was the ease of implementation.
