The customer support provided by Cloudtalk left a lasting impression on us. Good luck trying to get an answer

The trial service is good. Just being able to get to someone in their sales department is a hassle. I think the nearshores not communicating to each other is terrible plus they might not understand time importance in the US - to cherry top it the demo gets over 6 days scheduled in advance at 9am due to no one having availability; Then no-one from their team decides to join. If this is sales side I cannot even imagine how the customer service side would be. Really disappointing how bad ...

Simple to use, great service

Simple to use. We had this installed in our company firstly recently after having a few issues with previous phone service providers. This has been great from day 1, a simple interface, quick and responsive for the whole company and no issues with country codes or bad signal etc. Strongly recommend 10/10

Great features and support

Our business has been using Cloudtalk go for the past year now switching from a different VoIP due to a lack of features, desktop app and integration. Cloudtalk has saved us literal hours with its seamless integration with HubSpot (our CRM) meaning it automatically logs calls and fills the number into the dialer with one click, and there's also the voicemail drop feature so you can pre record the message to leave in their voicemail inbox. Easy and advanced

Started using Cloudtalk in my company over the last few months and I LOVE IT! It is a super easy to use dialer with additional features including power dialer and insights / reporting on the calls. I like the layout and finding it easy to use also.
