Easy and customizable to meet my needs

What do you like best? Works great with Salesforce so our sales reps can quickly send orders to customers What do you dislike? Occasionally buffering glitches in the system but nothing major What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Besides, the software is customizable, where one can modify everything to suite their needs.
