Easy and customizable to meet my needs

What do you like best? Works great with Salesforce so our sales reps can quickly send orders to customers What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the system at the organization level for all the data. It's very organized and separates the data as needed under the correct categories. It's not messy. What do you like best? The whole idea of this product is business oriented, helping a firm to increase on their sales. Besides, the software is customizable, where one can modify everything to suite their needs. Responses from the help desk is also immediate and this makes it faster to solve the complaints or the concerns of the users.
