User-friendly and comprehensive

What do you like best? It really was as easy to set up as they said it would be and the alerts worked immediately! We simulated events that would trigger alerts and it worked 100% without any configuration on our part. Gives us all the features we need too. What do you dislike? We would have liked to add more team members to our account - our plan limits the number of members, though the premium plan does allow basically unlimited staff to be added.
