Cloudflare is a garbage company. They are the #1 tool used by spammers and scammers to hide the identity of their websites by hiding behind Cloudflare services. Cloudflare REFUSES to terminate the accounts and services of these spammers and at best 'forward the complaint to the host' which does no good because the very same spammer and the very same websites are right back the next day and again protected by Cloudflare. Used to love Cloudflare
Used to love Cloudflare, was even considering upgrading.Then I lost access to my account and tried talking to support - no reply in over two weeks (ticket #2023437).Will upgrade to pro if they manage to help me in this week.

Horrible support team
Horrible support team. I'm a Business customer paying around $500 per month but they don't want to help, and ended up ignoring my Support Ticket.

Support unresponsive
Support is non-existent. Opened a ticket two weeks ago - nothing happened, except for this:"Your issue has been marked as Resolved in our system".Seriously?

Hosting scam criminal activity
Absolutely atrocious, reckless, & irresponsible criminal supporting host provider, who dismiss abuse reports of a serious nature. I had $1500 stolen by a fraudulent website that Cloudflare are currently hosting. This organisation are still continuing to host this even after having reported it, along with requests to remove this on the grounds of proof obtained, regarding an enticing deliberate scam scheme. Website is slower than before
It's good the cloudflare has a free option. I know that I cannot expect miracles from that free service. But I expected to have faster access from distance locations. With cloudflare my website is slower that before. So there is no real need to use it. I tried to get some support (knowing that I will have to be wait as free user), but they closed the ticket automatically giving only standard answers. This does not really encourage me to upgrade to a pro service plan.
