Terrible service. Just awful. Lazy. Avoid.

Twice now, we've had issues with domain transfers. Both times, Cloudflare has taken days to respond, and typically responds with irrelevant copy/paste responses. It has taken us multiple efforts, and ultimately we had to get angry with Cloudflare, to get any helpful result at all. Avoid.

A true reflection of your service and T&Cs in 2021

This rating and your overall rating reflect your company and customer service.Cloudflare made my website so slow that at times I couldn't log in to my site backend let alone visitors being able to access the front end. I should have never taken up subscriptions what an utter, utter mistake I made. As soon as I released my mistake (in less than 48 hrs) I cancelled my subscription and requested for a refund. The moment I try to proxy my DNS through cloudflare it breaks my site regardless of what settings I use on cloudflare.

I've used Cloudflare for more than 5 years now and so far it's been a great service. If done properly you can stop potential script kiddies and real hackers from ever discovering your origins IP address and you get a solid CDN in the deal too. For anyone with privacy concerns. Consider that absolutely everything you do on the Internet is being monitored anyway, even your ISP logs your traffic.
