That should be a less than one star. Cloudflare is a rip-off 20 times over. My website hosting company began using Cloudflare. Prior to that I used Sucuri with no issues, but had to switch over per hosting. I bought their Pro plan. I used it for a few days. It slowed down my site considerably. Cloudflare is a site that promotes online criminal acts, even after contacting them they refused to take action. There is a site that cloned my entire website and articles using Cloudflare service to make their web hosting untraceable. I reported the issue to Cloudflare using their abuse section and nothing was done about. Been using Cloudflare for a year and I must say the services are great. The CDN is really fast and optimizes our site to visitors around the globe. Suggestion: I hope Cloudflare is working on reducing/removeing the captcha visitors see on every visit.

Don't go with them - wow does their support suck

You ask for simple advice and you're met with unfriendly short replies. I pay hundreds per month for this crap. They only want the big super-rich clients and stuck up. I'm going to look at Fastly.

Hideout for spammers!

These people serve to hide spammer's websites. They claim they are just a "pass-through" for websites of those spammers, are not the host and cannot control them. Yet they are Cloudflare's customers. IP look-ups for the spammer's website's URLs show only Cloudflare so those spammers are hidden. I have been getting daily spam from their websites since February. There people are a disgrace.
