Horrible. Website is down due to Cloudflare issue and they just said that they would not help me through email, as I do not have expensive enough of a plan.

AVOID USING THIS SOFTWARE

This is biggest crap of software that we ever saw. They are stating that you don't need to change your current infrastructure but PHP and AJAX apps are not working with their crapy firewall. support is beyond stupid, and they will give you copy past answers and waste your time. Once they realize that they can't solve the issue they will just stop replying. We waste time and money with them. And guess what as soon as we cancel our subscription PHP "attacks" start appearing...

CloudFlare enables predatory businesses

Unmask.com is a predatory business owned by CheckPeople.com and CloudFlare is enabling this. They refuse to delete my personal information and that of my family's after multiple requests due to privacy concerns. I have contacted their hosting provider to report abuse as well as the Better Business Bureau. They are in direct violation of the CCPA. Lawsuit will be next.

Cloudflare don't care if they provide DNS service to copyright thieves

Contacted Cloudflare in August to request they provide the name of the hosting provider for a website which has been committing copyright theft since May 2021 by scraping 100% of my content and republishing under other names. They did not reply to the abuse form I submitted - itself a mission to fill in since it requests the copyright infringing urls and there are now over 80. When I phoned them, an automated message said they only responded to copyright issues via the web i.e. the abuse ...

Endlessly loops the browser verification challenge on EVERY cloudflare site I try to use, screw these pieces of crap and their over-zelous "solutions" to ddos protection.

Cloudflare taking money without my permission

Cloudflare have taken monthly payments from my bank account since February this year. I have not registered with Cloudflare, I don’t have a website. I have tried every which way to get direct contact with billing via e mail, asking sales to connect me but they point blank refuse and completing an online abuse form. I get lots of automated replies saying the matter is resolved. My bank is pursuing as fraud and they will refund me the money. it’s shocking that Cloudflare have been no help ...
