Worst or No support.

Have renewed my domain for almost 3 days now, but expired page is still be served, Extended by a year, waited almost a day and expired still showing, extend again for another year , still same thing. Have cleared Cache but nothing. The worst is that no reliable support. Plus articles are not helpful. Submitted Support, but got an auto respond message withing helpful. What do you like best? great hosting and great support. we cannot go without this software for hosting our website. there is a good free plan and has lots of features. performance is better than most other software. dont have to choose specific content to cache or edit site code. Unreliable service combined with unhelpful support

For the third time in less than a year we are apologizing to our customers because our web service was down for an extended period. All due to Cloudflare screw-ups. And we were a paying customer.And there will not be a fourth time, We have switched to a different CDN provider.And after all these problems, we have yet to receive anything even close to to an apology or even an explanation from Cloudflare. Disappointing Support Team

I am really disappointed with their support team, as such a big company they are only giving phone support to enterprise customers and as i am not the enterprise customer i can not get the phone support so i emailed my problem to support team but no one is replying from that as well its been 2 days and i have emailed couple of times but there is no reply from there support team,really disappointing with such a big name in the market with pretty bad support staffEmerald Services

I Purchased Cloudflare when my site was getting ddosed, it DID NOT HELP AT ALL, UTTERLY USELESS SERVICE. I cancelled it 5-6 hours later. After a week of waiting for a human being to support me, I was simply told that I can receive $190 in store credit for cloudflare. Keep in mind, Cloudflare failed to stop my ddos attack so why would I ever use this pathetic trash?Plan on filing a chargeback and then instructing my entire family to order their $20 plan to chargeback as well.
