Horrible cybersececurity company ever

This is offical a useless cybersecurity company . Their support is almost non-existent and terrible . They slows down websites , and don't actually prevent attacks DO NOT USE CLOUDFARE , NO MATTER WHAT !

Worst "cybersecurity" company ever.

This has got to be the worst "cybersecurity" company ever. Their support outright sucks, they don't actually prevent attacks, they host other illegal sites, and much more!Please do not use Cloudflare.

Free plans don't perform and no support

I'll be fair with my rating because the concept of Cloudflare is a good one, but I have to say that in my experience, being on the free plan had no positive effect on site speed ratings. And the support is indeed non-existent. On free plans you cannot submit tickets which is understandable I suppose, but even on a paid plan, this is not a simple process. The community forum is not a valuable source of support - you'd be lucky to get a one-line reply. I have already loaded several of my ...

Only got positive experience with Cloudflare, does what it says, great control panel with lot's of features, most included in the free plan, pay per use services as well as premium plans.There's only two things I'm worried about, vendor lock in which they do practice. Cloudflare support/report is abysmal.

I reported some websites they are hosting, phishing/active malware executables; and what you know, money is way more important $$$ than removing those websites or denying the faked root certificate. Who the f grants a root certificate to malware hosts? Cloudflare does :). Zero Support & Insidious Control Over Websites/Online Services

If I could give Cloudflare zero stars I would, for the zero support they provide to the online community in which they've wrapped their tentacles. Cloudflare is a massive company that provides services to millions of customers and businesses. And astonishingly, there is no way to get even basic support or reach a human unless you are an enterprise client. Misleading (if not outright lying) page!On Cloudflare error resolution page about error 1014 (CNAME cross-user banned), Cloudflare basically says that CNAME cross-using safety limitations can be overwritten starting from the pro plan.
