Cloudcall has allowed the business to listen into calls in real-time and link to the CRM - this has helped a great deal with a lot of our employees working from home in the last 18 months and will continue to do so going forward. What do you like best about CloudCall? Working from home has meant i am juggling things around. The ability to record my calls and play back when catching up on customer account notes has enabled me to streamline my work and retain customers through good customer service. What do you like best about CloudCall? Since using CloudCall I have found I have more time to concentrate on my daily tasks and sales rather than admin task that take up time. I am able to concentrate on sourcing candidates and tracking my activities on a daily basis with ease. What do you dislike about CloudCall?
