"Not one of my favorites"
What do you like best about CloudCall? The dial pad is easy to use. The navigate buttons are easy to see. What do you dislike about CloudCall? Log in is a bit confusing, and you can get lost. Calls drop quite easily. When I am connected to my laptop via my headset, I cannot walk around if I have bad service or it gets loud, like I can with my cell. "Really smooth calls, with good reliability."
What do you like best about CloudCall? Uptime is always very good, really helps that it integrates so well with bullhorn our CRM. Rarely do we need support but when we do it is a smooth easy process What do you dislike about CloudCall? Nothing. The service has been good throughout our time What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to have calls remotely wherever our staff are while providing analytics and detail on those calls

"Best VOIP, friendly customer service"
What do you like best about CloudCall? Easy to use platform. My coworkers love the inter-changablility between the app and their computer. Makes logging calls super easy and efficient. And pulling call recordings couldn't be easier. What do you dislike about CloudCall? Constantly requires a log out and log back in, needs fresh cache and cookies upon every session, if this app could instantly refresh its cache and cookies daily, it would drastically improve its quality. What do you like best about CloudCall? The support team and the responsiveness of the team is truly amazing. Configuration of some parts of the system isn't difficult, which keeps some often changing configs flexile. What do you dislike about CloudCall? "Great to integrate between mobile and work pc."
What do you like best about CloudCall? Mobile app is really easy to use and integrates well with work PC What do you dislike about CloudCall? Had one crash recently but were online again within a few hours What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you? Do not need to use mobile phone for work calls

"When it works it is good"
What do you like best about CloudCall? Great for making work calls when you are abroad as you are using WiFi rather than using your mobile number which can be expensive! What do you dislike about CloudCall? It does have a habit of cutting out and sometimes the line can be quite bad. What problems is CloudCall solving and how is that benefiting you? That it is not very clear and the service can be a bit patchy and it sometimes takes a long time to connect
