Fast and effective.

We have been using Cloudbeds for over 6 years now. During this time it has been developing a lot, and it's "nearly" a perfect PMS. As soon as we changed to Cloudbeds+MyAllocator from our previous PMS+Channel manager, our direct bookings went up by 20% (up to 60%). Currently we receive 90% of reservations directly. Help desk reply really fast whenever we have a problem (maybe once a year/every second year).

For multi-room properties we wouldn't consider using anything else.I've used Cloudbeds for almost 10 years. In that time I've seen improvements to both the technology and quality of life of using the software. Support is pretty decent, the, the quality of their channel connections are solid by and large, the interface is straight forward and usable.Are there things I wish they'd work on still? You have a great business model

We love C!loudbeds and think you do a great job responding. Sometimes it would be nice to have a phone number that we can get an immediate response to questions though. Other than that we truly enjoy your business model.

This software is just amazing

This software is just amazing! It helped us so much to automize all our processes and the management of the hostel. The support is also just perfect. Cant imagine working without cloudbeds anymore!
