What do you like best? Desktop app is great, and allows you to quickly grab and organise screenshots for use in customer support. What do you like best? I love how quick and easy CloudApp is. If I need to do a quick screenshot and annotate or record a video within seconds it's by far the best app. Also, you get a shareable link immediately when it is finished. So easy! A "must install" for my laptop and PC

What do you like best? CloudApp makes it easy for me to quickly grab screenshots, annote them and share them with others. I like the fact that CloudApp stores all images in the cloud, and I can refer back to them at any point (unlike my Windows Clipboard, which gets lost when I turn my PC off!) What do you dislike? Incredibly lightweight and easy to set up

What do you like best? I really like how quickly the screenshot captures and is sharable. I also enjoy that there is a GIF capture. I like downloading the GIF after I capture and using it when making walkthroughs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The speed in which you can capture ideas and share them everywhere. What do you dislike? It can be buggy sometimes but for the most part it’s great and reliable Recommendations to others considering the product: Try to learn the shortcuts. They save a lot of time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I’m always trying to provide visual feedback to my design team and Cloudapp is great for that.

What do you like best? It allows you to save screenshots or video clips easily in a couple mouse clicks, plus you can change the settings to immediately copy data to the clipboard. I use it all the time to send email messages with screenshots. There are probably already some keyboard shortcuts for many of the features in CloudApp, but having them centrally located and organized well is awesome. Saves a lot of time and is reliable

What do you like best? the ease to use, with one command I can print something and send right away to colleagues. I use it pretty much every day. Just once I needed their support, and they were really quick to solve my issues. I use it for 2 years or more now, and I can't think my work without it anymore. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The annotations, blurs, recordings are vital to send tutorial clips to my customers or team for training. What do you dislike? Just what I needed!

What do you like best? Love that taking screenshots and editing them is so easy. What do you dislike? I don't like how I have to reopen my screenshot in order to download it. I used to be able to just edit my screenshot and then immediately download the image. However, now that option doesn't show up unless I exit and then reopen the image.
