Great product, easy to use

What do you like best? I was looking for an alternative to jing which went away with the latest OS upgrade. I create screenshots for work and edit them for presentations. This product allows me to do just that What do you dislike? It almost sounds like glass breaking when it confirms an action. I will probably shut the sound off. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can create complete agendas for my teams.

Huge time-saver!

What do you like best? The easy drag-and-drop functionality that enables you to copy and paste a screenshot or video into another application. When using the native Mac screenshot functionality, I hate having to navigate to my desktop to find the image I just created. What do you dislike? Nothing, its great! CloudApp Experience for Support Training

What do you like best? The ease of recording and sharing videos between coworkers What do you dislike? The lack of editing ability after the video is produced. Would be nice to have tools similar to iMovie to improve the initial screen share. Handy and helpful!

What do you like best? The gif feature! It is so helpful to be able to create quick gifs on the fly. What do you dislike? Easy to use

What do you like best? The interface is easy to follow and the controls are self explanatory What do you dislike? Has made showing steps to a customer or engineer a lot easier!

What do you like best? I used to use Screenpresso for screenshots. I've really found Cloudapp so effective to help explain steps to a customer. I love that I can use my mic to add extra information with the video. Really like the gifs to show short steps. The drag and drop function is super handy in emails and in our Zendesk platform we use too. What do you dislike?
