Quick and easy to use, but robust enough for bigger jobs

What do you like best? The annotation options are quick and easy to use for bringing attention to specific areas of your screenshots What do you dislike? So far I haven't found anything I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to add annotations to screenshots often, and the OS's built in screen capture tool doesn't seem to have an easy way to do that.
