What do you like best? Ease of use and ease of sharing screen shots and recordngs with other people using a generated link What do you dislike? To be honest I'm very happy with what's available in the free iteration. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps a lot with QA because it is easy to share screenshots and recordings.

Best software to share workflows

What do you like best? Connectivity with cloud for all the screenshots, videos and GIFs I've made. What do you dislike? Uploading videos takes a lot of time sometimes, not sure if it's because of my upload speed or because of Cloudapp trying to get my files to the cloud. Great tool for collecting and organizing screen shots

What do you like best? Like the fact I can create a collection and also can easily make gif and annotate if needed What do you dislike? Not sure if there are other alternatives but I had to keep the app running in my toolbar to get to it quickly. Game Changer!

What do you like best? I love being able to do demos via video share instead of screenshots. It's also great to be able to only share a portion of my screen to do demos vs. my entire screen. Best Screenshot App for Desktop

What do you like best? I love how easy is it to take screenshots with CloudApp. I just click on the icon at the top of my screen, and select the area that I want to save. It is completely seamless. What do you dislike? The sound that the app makes when it takes a screenshot is actually really annoying. My experience with CloudApp is that it is extremely helpful.

What do you like best? It helps you with taking effective screenshots to help customers. What do you dislike? What is least helpful about CloudApp is I would say nothing for now. As well as the downsides of using CloudApp. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
