Simple and effective

What do you like best? The hotkeys make it very quick to get the screen capture I need. What do you dislike? Rare but occasional issues with capture not uploading. Great tool for screenshots and short video recordings for Mac

What do you like best? I love the ability to record a small video (Gif) that I can share on Slack in our Bug tracking tool. What do you dislike? The Windows Version is not on par with the Mac version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've used CloudApp for 5 years+. I use it for Ad-hoc screenshot, both for sharing and for my own memory.

Great tool to walk my clients through any troubleshooting and personalization of videos and gifs.

What do you like best? I love I can take screenshots and the edit tool helps me highlight anything I need. Gifs are a super neat tool to put short videos in emails. Videos with camera and mic usage are great as well. What do you dislike? the tool tends to crash often and the captures are not uploaded to the cloud but it doesn't happen that often. Cloudapp, easy to use and gets the job done

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of the app. It's honestly very simple to share pictures or videos. They make frequent updates and add new features as needed. I like that my customers can just open the link and they don't have to download anything in order to see these videos or photos.
