Software engineer: saves me at least an hour every week

What do you like best? Fast and reliable way to to capture and annotate screenshots of features in development and for reproducing bugs: a picture may be worth a thousand words, but few good CloudApp uploads can be the difference between a productive and sluggish meeting. I like not having to use separate tools for capturing, marking up, sharing, and having discussions about captured media clips. Having a centralized place to browse all my shared bug/feature demos is much preferable to ...

CloudApp: A tool I use every day!

What do you like best? CloudApp is literally a tool I use every day, in every part of my word. My favorite feature of CloudAPP is the ability to share screenshots via a CloudApp URL within moments of having taken them. I'm also a fan of the ease of adding annotations to screenshots, and of being able to take very quick screen recordings. I've tried many a screenshot app and this one is the best! What do you dislike? As a Basecamp 2 user, I'm not able to paste a URL into a ...

Amazing, the level of efficiency this app creates in my day-to-day.

What do you like best? The ease of annotations and link sharing What do you dislike? it glitches from time to time. There are times the link doesn't populate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with client communication and articulating what would otherwise be 15 minutes of explanation.

Significantly speeds up my workflows

What do you like best? When using CloudApp, I love the speed with which I can record videos and GIFs for clients and team members to easily review work. CloudApp removes a lot of confusion that comes with sending multiple emails. Annotation features allow me to quickly call out areas of interest by drawing arrows, boxes, and highlighting certain areas. I can quickly record different workflows, both in GIFs for quick little items and as videos for longer processes or to start discussions ...

CloudApp, a great way to capture and share!

What do you like best? I love the ease of use. The ability to use it directly from the top menu bar makes the use seamless. The ability to quickly and easily capture screen shots, videos and other key things makes this a tool I use at least a dozen times a day. What do you dislike? I don't have any negative feedback. It works exactly as it needs to and I have not ever had an issue with it. Recommendations to others considering the product: USE IT! This is such an ...

Effortless screenshots and sharing

What do you like best? Especially in a digital work environment screenshots and screen casts are mission critical. Cloudapp makes it very easy to take screenshots and share them with colleagues. I also like the collections so i can save ones in groups that I need to remember. What do you dislike? I wish there was better search functionality. I have a photographic memory in the sense that i might remember a word or color or logo or phrase in the screenshot. It would be great to ...

One of the few apps I use everyday

What do you like best? Cloudapp is easily one of my most used day-to-day applications. I create customer-facing documentation and Cloudapp makes it super easy to quickly screengrab and drop them into Photoshop for further editing. The gif feature is also really useful for explaining features in Slack or via email. Can't imagine life without Cloudapp. Just checked and I have over 3,600 Cloudapp screenshots and recordings. Very cool! What do you dislike? To be honest, there's ...

Cloudapp is a GREAT tool for sharing screenshots and videos

What do you like best? I love the ability to be able to take a screenshot and share with a link or take the image directly to copy and paste it. I also love the ability to write text and highlight certain things within the screenshot I took. Another thing that I don't use too often but comes in very handy is uploading an image and getting a specific URL to share for that image. What do you dislike? I do wish there were more options for the text size and weight when you're typing ...

Uh ... yeah; never going back to doing screenshots and screencasts the old way again.

What do you like best? The ability to send my clients a link to their unique screenshot or screen cast is a time and game changer. It saves so much time and money, plus the links are always there .... unlike those emails that seems to disappear magically after a week. What do you dislike? Sometimes the UX can be a little off-putting, from computer menu options to in-app UI. Getting much better though. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stop using the old ...
