Some parts of the managed package can be a bit restrictive. What problems is Cloud Coach solving and how is that benefiting you? Project inventory, latest status and time spent are easily and frequently used to make decisions and prioritize.

What do you like best about Cloud Coach? I love the integration capabilities, Dashboards, Stage-Gate process, Workflow processes, and the fact it is customizable to our business, not just out-of-the-box software. What do you like best about Cloud Coach? When you use salesforce for your sales and service processes Cloud Coach is a must. It has everything you need for complex project management, supports most (if not all) of the project methodologies and it's user interface makes using it a pleasure. What do you like best about Cloud Coach? The software is ready built and ready to use. The team that gets us up and running are easy to work with and professional. Once our PMO was fully launced with the software, they continue to have regular ongoing calls to support us for anything we might need. What do you dislike about Cloud Coach? What do you like best about Cloud Coach? We loved the ability to see a complete picture of our entire lifecycle. This tool is highly flexible and allows for visibility into large projects and the fine details of quick turnaround work.
