What do you like best about Close? I have examined all the competing CRMs including HubSpot and Sales Force. You get so much more with the Close.IO. For a fractional cost you get everything from phone, recordings, voicemail recording drop, predictive calling and so much more. But the best part of Close is the actual reporting. Love it. What do you like best about Close? Out of every CRM that I've tried (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, Pipedrive, ETC) Close wins handsdown. The ease of use from a sales seat is crucial. "Finally! CRM that I actually use."
What do you like best about Close? Close is ready to go, more or less, right out of the box. I spent 5 years tweaking zoho and about 5 minutes using it. Close is not like that. I was up and running in an hour or so. I use it every single day and it's fully compliant in my industry. What do you dislike about Close? What do you like best about Close? The customizability. Nearly everything is fine tuned to our organization's needs and wants. Customized fields have allowed for an easier use to prospect agencies as well as keep detailed notes on the client. Implementation took about 2 weeks and consisted of a free CLOSE crm demo.
